Hi! I’m Olivia Gadwah.
About me
I grew up in the beautiful White Mountains and
am currently a Labor and Delivery Nurse! I
have always had a passion for fitness which
grew even stronger after having my daughter
in 2023. After taking a spontaneous Mat Pilates
course on a summer vacation it fueled my love
for movement again. Join me on this fitness
adventure, and let's make your health and
fitness goals a reality.

I am excited to bring a fun modern twist to the Classical Mat Pilates. This class is full body while focusing on the deep core and is bound to make you sweat, stretch, increase your strength and flexibility.

Whether you are pregnant, just
had a baby, or at any point in
your postpartum journey this
class is for you! This class is
focused on helping you to regain
your strength, confidence, and
help to navigate the challenges
of pregnancy and postpartum
recovery.

Looking to do
Pilates in the
comfort of
your own
home?
For just $50 you will gain access to a program that will be five days a week lasting for a whole month and you can do these exercises in the comfort of your own home! You will need Facebook to receive access to a 30 minute Pilates workout video Monday-Friday with Saturday and Sundays being rest and recovery days!
